Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a proficient Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features on a healthcare platform using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js and PostgreSQL.

You will work with AI/LLM-adjacent codebases, manage regulated data, and collaborate with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile setup. This is a US-based, remote-friendly contract-to-hire opportunity for high-performing engineers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Authorized to work for ANY employer in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases and handling regulated data is preferred.
• Strong ownership and ability to solve complex engineering challenges.
• Proficient in remote collaboration using GitHub, Slack, and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features across the frontend using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI/LLM-adjacent codebases.
• Work with systems that handle sensitive healthcare data in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and design teams to deliver high-quality software.
