AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features across a production healthcare platform using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based services. You will contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases while handling sensitive healthcare data in an Agile, remote-friendly environment.

The role offers a contract-to-hire path and collaboration with product, QA, and design teams. Strong ownership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience
• Strong frontend or backend capability with modern web stacks
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases or willingness to work on them
• Experience handling sensitive or regulated data such as healthcare or fintech is preferred
• Ownership mindset and ability to solve complex engineering challenges
• Proficient in collaboration tools: GitHub, Slack, JIRA

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features across the frontend using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases.
• Work with systems that handle sensitive and regulated data (healthcare/fintech).
• Collaborate with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment.
