Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases (LLM or agent systems)
• Experience handling sensitive or regulated data (healthcare/fintech) preferred
• Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
• Proficient with remote collaboration tools like GitHub, Slack, and JIRA
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Upper-intermediate English
