Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features across a production healthcare platform using a modern stack including React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

You will contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases, handle sensitive regulated data, and collaborate with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment. This is a US-based, remote-friendly contract-to-hire role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases, including LLM or agent systems.
• Experience handling sensitive or regulated data such as healthcare/fintech is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features across the frontend using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases.
• Work with systems that handle sensitive and regulated healthcare data.
• Collaborate closely with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment.
