Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features for a healthcare platform using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based services. This US-based, remote-friendly contract-to-hire role involves AI/LLM-adjacent codebases and close collaboration with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment.

You will own end-to-end development across frontend and backend, handle sensitive data securely, and contribute to scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases (LLMs/agents).
• Experience handling sensitive or regulated data (healthcare/fintech preferred).
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI/LLM-adjacent codebases.
