AgileEngine in the United States is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features across a production healthcare platform using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based services. You will collaborate with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment, work with AI/ML-adjacent codebases, and handle sensitive/data-regulated healthcare information remotely.

This is a US-based, remote-friendly contract-to-hire opportunity for high-performing engineers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong frontend or backend specialization with React/Next.js or Node.js.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases or familiarity with LLM/agent systems.
• Experience handling sensitive or regulated data is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features across the frontend using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
