Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features on a production healthcare platform, using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based services. This US-based, remote-friendly contract-to-hire role offers the chance to work on AI and regulated data with Agile teams.

You will collaborate with product, QA, and design, contribute to AI/LLM-adjacent codebases, and join a people-first culture recognized with Best Place to Work awards.

Qualifications

4+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases and LLMs.
Experience with regulated data (healthcare/fintech) preferred.
Strong ownership and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in collaborating with product, QA, and design in Agile environment.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain full-stack features across the frontend using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Develop backend services using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
Contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases.
Work with systems that handle sensitive and regulated healthcare data.
Collaborate with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment.
