Qualifications

• At least four years of full-desk recruiting experience, preferably in life sciences.
• Proven success developing new business, securing job orders, and placing candidates.
• Familiarity with contract staffing and direct-hire recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships with biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic companies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Source candidates through direct outreach, networks, job boards, and referrals.
• Screen and interview candidates, present qualified submissions, and manage the full recruitment process.
