Responsibilities

• Source resumes from our proprietary database, job boards, associations, and social media.
• Screen candidates for experience, education, and fit with organizational culture.
• Autonomous pay-rate negotiation with candidates.
• Develop candidate summaries and present resumes to Account Manager.
• Schedule interviews and prep candidates for interviews.
• Gather feedback and facilitate final hiring decisions.
• Maintain recruitment data and ensure timely processing of applications.
• Communicate with staff, managers, contractors, and candidates.
• Acquire new clients through rapport and relationship building.
