Job summary

Vituity is seeking a Supervising Medical Recruiter to lead and mentor a team of recruiters across the country. You will drive performance, implement training programs, and manage day-to-day operations to meet productivity and quality targets.

Ideal candidates bring 4–5 years of recruiting experience, familiarity with Taleo, and a strong MS Office skill set. This is a remote, nationwide role with opportunities to shape recruiting strategies and collaborate with clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of recruiting experience required.
• 2 years working for a practice management company or physician recruiting firm required.
• Agency recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Medical setting experience desired.
• Experience with Taleo preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Senior Medical Recruiters, Medical Recruiters, and Junior Recruiters; coach, mentor, counsel and evaluate performance.
• Conduct regular 1:1s to review progress and growth.
• Partner with Medical Recruiting Manager on training, KPI management, and process improvements.
• Oversee day-to-day training and onboarding of Medical Recruiters.
• Develop recruiting initiatives aligned with practice needs and cross-functional teams.
• Provide full-cycle recruiting for assigned specialties and maintain candidate records.
