Job summary

Viltis is seeking an experienced Full-Desk Recruiter to drive business development, client management, and full-cycle recruitment in the life sciences sector. This fully remote role covers the United States, offering a base salary plus a 10% commission, with strong growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in full-desk recruiting, a track record of securing job orders, and a deep understanding of contract staffing and direct-hire.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-desk recruiting experience in life sciences or related fields.
• Proven success in developing new business and placing candidates.
• Strong knowledge of contract staffing and direct-hire recruitment.
• Experience with technical roles across clinical, regulatory, quality, engineering, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships with biotech, pharma, medical devices, and diagnostics companies.
• Maintain relationships with clients and proactively secure job opportunities.
• Source candidates via direct outreach, networks, job boards, and referrals.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess fit and goals.
• Present qualified candidates with clear submission summaries and feedback.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Maintain ATS records and track hiring trends to meet goals.
