Meet Recruiter role in San Francisco, CA. Base salary of $55k plus uncapped commission, with an OTE of $70k–$75k in year 1 and $100k–$151k in year 2–3. Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days work from home.

360 desk focusing on candidate delivery and new business development within the Life Sciences space. We value proactive, resilient self-starters who can networking, cold call, and negotiate contracts with clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a client-facing role (or in an athletic program).
• Outbound sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Run your own 360 desk—candidate delivery and new business development.
• Head-hunt candidates via cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, job adverts, and referrals.
• Market research on companies for business development purposes.
• Develop expertise in Life Sciences and source high-quality candidates.
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences from first call to offer.
