Viltis, a life sciences consulting firm, seeks a seasoned Full-Desk Recruiter to join a fully remote team. This role blends business development, client relationship management, and full-cycle recruiting for biotech, pharma, medical devices, and diagnostics clients.

The ideal candidate will generate new business, secure job orders, and place qualified candidates while building strong client partnerships and meeting hiring timelines.

Qualifications

• Four years of full-desk recruiting experience (biotech/pharma/medical devices a plus).
• Proven success in developing new business, securing job orders, and placing candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships with biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic companies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Proactively secure contract and direct-hire job opportunities.
• Partner with clients to understand their hiring objectives and timelines.
• Source candidates through direct outreach, networks, and job boards.
• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications and goals.
• Present qualified candidates with submission summaries.
• Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain communication with clients and candidates throughout the process.
• Keep records in ATS and monitor hiring trends.
