Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking an experienced A/P Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. You will manage the full-cycle AP process, enter invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding, and reconcile AP-related accounts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle AP experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and general accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle AP function, including monitoring the AP inbox and entering invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding.
• Reconcile AP-related GL accounts and assist with month-end close activities.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for the procurement tool, including user support and approval workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation as needed.
