Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking an A/P Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. You will manage the full-cycle AP function, enter invoices in Sage Intacct, and ensure accurate GL coding.

You will reconcile AP GL accounts, process employee expense reports, support procurement tool workflows, and assist with audits, all while upholding internal controls.

This remote-first role supports our national operations with a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years full-cycle AP experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close activities.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for our procurement tool, including user support and approval workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation as needed.
