Job summary

RethinkFirst is a leader in behavioral and mental health technology seeking an AP Specialist to join the accounting and finance team. You will manage the full-cycle AP, monitor the AP inbox, and enter invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding.

Responsibilities include reconciling AP GL accounts, processing expense reports and corporate card transactions, maintaining procurement workflow, and supporting audits. Remote-first with national reach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and general accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close activities.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions.
• Serve as the point person for our procurement tool, including user support and approval workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation as needed.
