RethinkFirst, a market leader in behavioral and mental health technology, is seeking an AP Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. This remote-first role handles full-cycle accounts payable in Sage Intacct with precise GL coding.

You will reconcile AP-related GL accounts, process expense reports and corporate card transactions, and manage procurement tool workflows. 3–5 years of AP experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and incentives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle AP experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of AP principles and general accounting practices.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle AP including invoicing and GL coding.
• Reconcile AP-related GL accounts and assist month-end close.
• Review and process employee expense reports and corporate card transactions.
• Serve as point person for procurement tool; provide user support and workflow maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls; assist audits.
