Job summary

Pond & Company is seeking Site Managers to join our fuels systems team. These roles may be worked remotely with travel, requiring candidates to reside in Maryland, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, or Washington, DC.

Site Managers will plan, organize, coordinate, monitor, and administer onsite work to complete projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with the company’s quality and safety

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in wetted fueling system activities (piping, mechanical work, fueling upgrades).
• Knowledge of construction practices, UFGS/UFC/ASME/API standards related to POL systems.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a government security clearance or favorable BI.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong communication and management skills; OSHA 30 hours training preferred; HAZWOPER preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service orders and coordinate with management to support service orders.
• Oversee on-site activities to meet schedule, budget, and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain 3-week look ahead schedules and coordinate with Project Coordinators.
• Mentor staff and ensure contract deliverables are submitted on time.
• Review scopes of work and pricing with subcontractors; ensure health and safety plans are followed.
