Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Lead Consultant, Front Office in the United States to lead client-facing implementations for front-office workflows in asset and wealth management. You will own discovery through go-live, translate client needs into system configurations, and collaborate across sales, delivery, and product teams.

You will work with traders and portfolio managers, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements in implementation processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-office investment management or related implementation.
• Experience in buy-side, broker-dealer, or vendor implementations.
• Understanding of front-office workflows and trader needs.
• Ability to work independently and own responsibilities.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own front-office implementation workstreams end-to-end, from discovery and requirements through configuration and go-live.
• Configure client environments by translating front-office workflows into system setup.
• Engage directly with clients to understand operating models and guide implementations.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams on pipeline opportunities and fast-turnaround projects.
• Troubleshoot time-sensitive implementation and go-live issues, escalating when needed.
• Maintain ownership of project deliverables and communicate with stakeholders.
• Capture client feedback and translate it into product insights.
• Share knowledge and experiences to reduce bottlenecks and improve processes.
• Develop toward full lifecycle ownership of front-office implementations.
