Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listing on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Implementation Manager in the United States. You will lead development, deployment, and testing of technology solutions that support reliable data exchange and failover resiliency.

You will work across internal and external teams to translate business and technical requirements into scalable implementations, provide hands-on support during the implementation lifecycle, and contribute to process improvements for better client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience with FTP/SFTP, web services, XML, PGP, SQL Server queries, JavaScript, Windows OS, AWS, and related tech.
• Proven ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; able to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Healthcare tech or medical billing domain experience and client-facing tech roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review SOWs and align scope, products, services, deliverables, and timelines.
• Lead implementation activities across development, deployment, testing, and systems integration for reliable data exchange and resiliency.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation covering requirements, design, deployment, and support.
• Coordinate resources, timelines, troubleshooting, status tracking, and reporting to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to understand requirements and resolve challenges.
• Provide technical and project support during implementation and post-go-live stabilization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and client outcomes.
