Job summary

Ridgeline, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Consultant to drive front-office implementations for asset managers and wealth managers on Ridgeline’s platform.

You’ll guide clients through discovery, configuration, and go-live, partnering with stakeholders to design and deploy end-to-end workflows. Success means owning projects from discovery to go-live within a fast-paced environment, educating clients on best practices, and collaborating with engineering to improve the product.

Qualifications

• 7+ years implementing investment management software in a customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of investment instruments and lifecycle.
• Experience delivering tailored training and scalable processes.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to evolving product.
• Independent ownership with proactive team communication.
• Highly organized with strong time management and ability to multitask.
• Passion for world-class customer service.

Responsibilities

• Own front-office implementation workstreams end-to-end, from discovery through go-live.
• Configure and test Ridgeline tenants for clients, including portfolio setup, data migration, and reporting.
• Develop deep domain expertise and educate customers on Ridgeline product and workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address bugs and feature requests.
• Support design, build, test, and deployment of customer integrations with the team.
• Resolve time-sensitive issues during go-live hypercare.
• Mentor and coach consultants as the team scales.
• Domestic travel expected: 25-30%.
