Job summary

Ridgeline is seeking a Lead Consultant to drive front-office implementations for investment managers. You will guide discovery, configuration, and go-live, collaborating with client stakeholders to design workflows and ensure successful deployments.

You’ll develop deep investment-management domain expertise, educate customers on Ridgeline platforms, and work with engineering to resolve issues. Travel is expected 25-30%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years implementing investment management software in a customer-facing role.
• Experience guiding front-office implementations and client workflows.
• Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills: build relationships and manage feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own front-office implementation workstreams end-to-end from discovery through go-live.
• Configure and test Ridgeline tenants for clients including portfolio setup, data migration and reporting.
• Develop deep investment management domain expertise and educate customers on Ridgeline workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify bugs and relay client feedback.
• Support integration design, building, testing, and deployment of client integrations.
• Resolve go-live hypercare issues and mentor junior consultants.
• Contribute to a learning, teaching, and transparent Consulting culture.
• Domestic travel 25-30%.
