Job summary

Jobgether SRL, a partner-driven financial services firm, seeks a Commercial Lending Operations Lead in the United States. The role oversees documentation and closing activities for commercial equipment leasing and lending, ensuring credit approvals, due diligence, and funding criteria are met.

You will coordinate with sales, credit, legal, and customers, manage multiple workflows, resolve exceptions, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with lease documentation and closing processes.
• Strong understanding of due diligence, funding and closing requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review lease documentation requests and related transaction information for accuracy.
• Coordinate closing timelines, funding requirements and post-closing tasks.
• Monitor transactions until completion and resolve exceptions within SLAs.
• Work with customers, vendors, sales, servicing agents, legal and credit teams.
• Support process improvements and training initiatives.
