Job summary

Front is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager / Senior Implementation Manager for our Success Services team in the US. You will lead Front’s most complex customer implementations—discovery, onboarding, migration, adoption, and value realization—across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

You will partner with customer leaders to define future-state workflows, governance, and change management, while driving reusable playbooks and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading customer-facing SaaS implementations or similar complex transformations.
• Independently owning complex implementations from discovery to sustained adoption across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong consultative and systems-thinking skills to diagnose problems and propose practical future states.
• Excellent project leadership: scope, timeline, governance, risk, exec updates.
• Demonstrated change-management experience: stakeholder mapping, enablement, cutover, reinforcement.
• Fluent with integrations, data flows, automations, migrations, APIs, and webhooks; quick learner of products.
• Executive presence and communication skills to simplify complexity and align technical and non-technical audiences.
• Good judgment under pressure with experience recovering at-risk projects.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, multi-workstream implementations from discovery through launch and value realization.
• Advise leaders on future-state workflows, operating models, governance, and change.
• Build clear project plans, cadences, risk registers, and exec updates across engagements.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify goals, gaps, constraints, and success criteria.
• Guide solution design including permissions, data flows, migrations, APIs, and Front AI capabilities.
• Lead change management, enablement, cutover, and adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Product, Eng, and Support to define scope and unblock blockers.
• Turn recurring needs into reusable assets, playbooks, and delivery improvements.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to strategic initiatives.
