Enthuse Marketing, an education-led marketing agency, seeks a Channel Developer, On-Premise to drive growth across a spirits portfolio. Must reside within a 30-minute commute of the designated market and be prepared to travel as needed.

Reporting to the Field Performance Manager, you will leverage brand programming, insights, and agency resources to identify opportunities, engage customers, and execute strategies that strengthen portfolio performance across the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in bev-alc industry.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Persuasive selling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work remotely and travel.
• Bilingual English and Spanish-speaking a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive commercial performance across a territory through market insights and strategic execution.
• Engage accounts to grow brand presence, share, and velocity.
• Plan and track brand and portfolio engagement using performance data.
• Develop knowledge of spirits categories and present to customers.
• Identify merchandising opportunities aligned with portfolio priorities.
• Coordinate agency initiatives including budget, reporting, and data tracking.
• Serve as liaison between portfolio, distributor, manager and customers.
• Learn and deepen knowledge in spirits and cocktail culture.
