Job summary

Enthuse Marketing Group, LLC seeks a Channel Developer, On-Premise to drive commercial performance across a territory by applying market insights and strategic execution. You will leverage brand programming and agency resources to support market growth and strengthen portfolio performance.

The role reports to the Field Performance Manager, with travel to accounts and collaboration with distributors to build lasting relationships. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bev-alc industry experience.
• Distributor or broker experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel to accounts, including nights and weekends.
• Bilingual English and Spanish-speaking a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain legal and marketing code guidelines.
• Drive brand presence and velocity in accounts using strategic engagement.
• Plan, track, and implement brand and portfolio engagement using performance data.
• Gain insight to consumer trends to inform engagement sessions.
• Identify merchandising opportunities within the portfolio.
• Manage agency initiatives including budget, reporting, and data tracking.
• Serve as liaison between portfolio, distributor, manager and customers.
• Develop knowledge in spirits and presentation skills.
