Qualifications

• Active or transferable book of business with shipper relationships
• Proven ability to generate gross profit
• Strong understanding of the US transportation market
• Established professional freight network across the US
• Ability to quote, negotiate and manage freight profitably

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your own portfolio of shipper customers
• Transition existing customer relationships and freight opportunities
• Generate additional business through your network and ongoing prospecting
• Quote and manage freight across your accounts
• Build long-term relationships with customers and decision-makers
• Coordinate shipments from initial request through delivery
• Work with internal operational resources as needed
• Maintain regular communication with customers
• Identify opportunities to increase volume and expand existing accounts
• Operate independently while leveraging brokerage infrastructure
