Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a cradle-to-grave freight broker.
• Active, transferable book of business.
• Proven track record of consistent production.
• Strong customer relationships with repeat freight.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Experience using TMS and CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Leverage and expand your existing book of business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
• Negotiate rates and manage profitability across your freight.
• Operate independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
