Atlas Global Talent is seeking experienced Freight Agents across the USA to build and manage their own book of business with the backing of an established operation. This fully remote role offers a 70% commission split and back-office support to help you grow revenue.

Ideal candidates have an existing or transferable book of business, shipper relationships, and a proven ability to generate gross profit within the US freight market. Independence with support is encouraged to maximize earnings.

Qualifications

Experience in freight brokerage, logistics or transportation.
Existing or transferable book of business.
Established shipper relationships.
Proven history of generating gross profit.
Strong knowledge of the US freight market.
Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships independently.
A self-motivated approach to growing their business.

Responsabilités

Develop and manage your own portfolio of shipper customers.
Generate new business through your existing network and ongoing business development.
Build long-term relationships with customers.
Manage freight opportunities from initial customer conversation through shipment completion.
Work closely with back-office and operational teams to ensure freight is executed effectively.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding their shipments.
Identify opportunities to increase volume and expand existing accounts.
Operate independently while having access to support when required.
