Job summary

Atlas Global Talent is seeking experienced Freight Agents across the USA to build and manage their own book of business with the backing of an established operation. This fully remote role offers a 70% commission split and back-office support to help you grow revenue.

Ideal candidates have an existing or transferable book of business, shipper relationships, and a proven ability to generate gross profit within the US freight market. Independence with support is encouraged to maximize earnings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your own portfolio of shipper customers.

• Manage freight opportunities from initial customer conversation through shipment completion.
• Work closely with back-office and operational teams to ensure freight is executed effectively.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding their shipments.
• Identify opportunities to increase volume and expand existing accounts.
• Operate independently while having access to support when required.

Job description

We are looking for experienced Freight Agents across the USA who want the freedom to build and manage their own book of business while having the infrastructure and back-office support of an established operation behind them.

This is a fully remote opportunity offering a 70% commission split, designed for experienced freight professionals who already have customer relationships, an active or transferable book of business, and the ability to generate their own freight.

You focus on your customers, relationships and revenue. The back-office team provides the operational support needed to help you run and grow your business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and manage your own portfolio of shipper customers

What We’re Looking For

We are particularly interested in speaking with established freight professionals who have:

• Previous experience in freight brokerage, logistics or transportation

Experience across FTL, LTL, Drayage, Flatbed, Intermodal, Expedited or other transportation modes is welcomed.
