Atlas Global Talent is sourcing an experienced Account Executive for a fully remote US-based role in a major asset-based transportation and logistics provider. The role focuses on developing new shipper relationships nationwide, driving profitable freight business and building a portfolio of customers.

The base salary ranges from $80,000 to $140,000 plus commission, with remote work within the United States and full-time employment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in freight brokerage, 3PL or asset-based transportation sales.
• Proven ability to independently win new shipper customers.
• Strong customer-facing sales and business development experience.
• Experience building and managing a sales pipeline.
• Knowledge of US domestic transportation market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new shipper customers across the United States.
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and existing relationships.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Present solutions combining asset-based and brokerage services.
• Negotiate pricing and prepare commercial proposals.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting through close and implementation.
• Maintain CRM records and sales activity.
