Job summary

Adcom Worldwide is seeking a proactive Sales Representative/Account Executive to drive new business in the southeastern US and beyond. You will generate leads, develop relationships, and close deals while educating customers on freight forwarding services.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, exceptional customer service, and a drive to onboard new clients. This role offers flexible work-from-home options and regional travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Freight Forwarding, Transportation, Logistics.
• Strong knowledge of FTL, LTL, air/ocean freight, Incoterms.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must reside in the US and be able to work legally.
• Willing to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport with customers and close sales.
• Travel to appointments within territory and meet clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Document leads and interactions.
• Educate customers on International and domestic freight forwarding.
