Affirm is seeking a Fraud Operations Manager to lead multiple fraud teams, driving strategy, performance, and scalable improvements while fostering a safe, inclusive culture.

You will develop leaders, manage disputes and fraud risk initiatives, partner across functions, and ensure service levels and quality in a fast-paced FinTech environment. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and building resilient processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of disputes, fraud risk prevention and detection within FinTech/tech.
• 5+ years in fraud management or leading managers or senior ICs.
• Proven ability to set strategy and deliver large-scale operational changes.
• Experience with AI-driven initiatives to boost efficiency and knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a group of people leaders and ICs across multiple teams.
• Define and champion an operational strategy to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Translate business goals into clear team objectives and ensure cross-functional alignment.
