Onbe, a fast-growing FinTech, is seeking a Specialist to strengthen fraud prevention and optimize operations. You will monitor systems, analyze approaches, evaluate false positives, and help automate tasks using Power Automate and basic scripting to reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Criminal Justice, Data Science, or related area.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and basic RPA concepts.
• Exposure to data analysis concepts and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems used by the fraud prevention team.
• Analyze new fraud prevention approaches and measure effectiveness.
• Identify improvements to existing fraud prevention methods.
• Evaluate new technology features to improve efficiency.
• Assist in automating tasks to reduce manual work using Power Automate, VBA, and basic scripting.
• Research industry fraud trends and help implement preventative measures.
• Assist in evaluating false alarms to reduce customer inconvenience.
• Develop and refine fraud prevention strategies for different risk levels.
• Review current strategies to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
• Support communication methods assessment and improvements.
