Our Payment Operations Intelligence team is looking for a Specialist to help strengthen how we prevent and respond to fraud while making our operations more efficient. You'll work with the team to monitor and improve fraud prevention strategies, research emerging fraud trends, evaluate potential false positives, and identify ways to improve the customer experience. You'll also have the opportunity to explore and implement technology and automation solutions-including Power Automate, VBA, and basic scripting-to reduce manual work, streamline processes, and improve how the team uses data and technology. Overall, this role is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious, comfortable with technology, and excited to find better ways of working.
The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $58,050 to $61,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
