Job summary

Onbe is seeking a Payment Operations Intelligence Specialist to strengthen fraud prevention and operational efficiency. You will monitor systems, analyze new approaches, and help implement automation to reduce manual work and improve data usage.

Ideal candidates are analytical, tech-savvy, and curious about better ways of working, with a background in business, finance, or data science and exposure to RPA tools like Power Automate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Criminal Justice, Data Science).
• Basic understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts or Power Automate.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Exposure to data analysis concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring fraud prevention systems and tools used by the team.
• Support analysis of new fraud prevention approaches and their effectiveness.
• Identify improvements or changes to existing fraud prevention methods.
• Contribute to automation efforts using Power Automate, VBA, and scripting.
