Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage diverse fraud cases and contribute to prevention efforts. The role links operations with evolving fraud trends and collaborates with technical partners to understand system outputs. You will review predictive reports daily and act on accounts.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12 months experience as a Fraud Investigator I at Grow Financial FCU or 3 years in a financial-related fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML, collections, or lending operations.
• Exhibits mature judgment and strong communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to work remotely or in-office.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types and support fraud prevention initiatives.
• Bridge operational execution with emerging fraud trends and partner with technical teams to analyze systems.
• Daily review of predictive reports and take appropriate actions on accounts.
• Participate in Fraud Team projects and educate members and employees on fraud topics.
