Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12+ months as Fraud Investigator I or 3 years in fraud-related fields.
• Exercises mature judgment and critical thinking.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types.
• Contribute to fraud prevention initiatives and trend analysis.
• Collaborate with technical partners to interpret system outputs.
• Review predictive reports daily and take appropriate actions.
• Support training and education of members and employees on fraud topics.
