Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is hiring a Fraud Investigator II. The role focuses on independently managing fraud cases, reviewing predictive reports, and collaborating with tech partners to identify patterns. You will participate in team projects and educate members and staff on fraud prevention.

Remote-friendly with travel as needed. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in fraud-related roles, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12-months experience as a Fraud Investigator I or 3 years in fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML, collections, or lending operations.
• Strong judgment, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types and contribute to prevention initiatives.
• Daily review of predictive reports and take appropriate action on accounts.
• Collaborate with technical partners to understand system outputs and fraud patterns.
• Participate in Fraud Team projects and educate members and employees on fraud topics.
