The role partners with technical teams to analyze fraud patterns and system outputs, while regularly reviewing predictive reports and taking action on accounts.

The position emphasizes collaboration with the Fraud Team on related projects and education for members and staff. Strong MS Office skills and judgment are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Associates Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12‑months experience as a Fraud Investigator I or 3 years in fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML compliance, or related fields.
• Exercises mature judgment and critical thinking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage a broad range of fraud case types and contribute to fraud prevention initiatives.
• Bridge operational execution with emerging fraud trends and collaborate with technical partners to understand system outputs.
• Daily review of predictive reports and take appropriate actions on accounts.
• Participate in Fraud Team projects and provide training on fraud topics to members and employees.
