Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12‑months experience as a Fraud Investigator II or 3 years in a related financial field such as fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML compliance, collections, or lending operations.
• Exercises mature judgment and critical thinking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types and contribute to fraud prevention initiatives.
• Bridge operational execution with emerging fraud trends and collaborate with technical partners to understand system outputs and fraud patterns.
• Daily review of predictive reports and take appropriate actions on accounts.
• Participate in Fraud Team projects and educate members and employees on fraud topics.
