Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Investigator II to join our remote-work team. You will independently manage a broad range of fraud case types, review predictive reports daily, and collaborate with technical partners to detect patterns.

You will participate in Fraud Team projects and educate members and employees on fraud prevention while supporting a flexible work-from-home environment across the United States.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12-months experience as a Fraud Investigator I or 3 years in fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML, or lending operations.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types.
• Review predictive reports daily and take appropriate actions on accounts.
• Collaborate with technical partners to understand system outputs and fraud patterns.
• Participate in Fraud Team projects and member/employee fraud education
