Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union seeks a Fraud Investigator II to manage diverse fraud cases and help prevent loss across our member base. You will review predictive reports, act on alerts, and coordinate with teams to detect unusual activity.

In a remote/hybrid setting, you will partner with IT to interpret system outputs and fraud patterns, participate in fraud projects, and educate members and staff on fraud trends and prevention strategies.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12+ months experience as a Fraud Investigator I or 3 years in a financial fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML, collections, or lending operations.
• Strong judgment and critical thinking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of fraud case types and contribute to fraud prevention initiatives.
• Review daily predictive reports and take appropriate actions on accounts.
• Collaborate with technical partners to understand system outputs and fraud patterns.
