Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage diverse fraud cases and support prevention initiatives. The role involves collaboration with technical partners to interpret system outputs and fraud patterns, with emphasis on daily review of predictive reports and appropriate action on accounts.

The position is primarily work-from-home, but may require travel to branches as needed, and offers opportunities for in-house training and career growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 12-months experience as a Fraud Investigator I at Grow Financial FCU or 3 years in a related financial field (fraud, loss prevention, BSA/AML, collections, lending).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; ability to use standard office equipment remotely or in-office.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types.
• Support fraud prevention initiatives and collaborate with technical partners.
• Educate members and employees on fraud-related topics and participate in related projects.
