Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage a wide range of fraud case types and support fraud prevention initiatives. The role collaborates with technical partners to understand system outputs and fraud patterns, and reviews predictive reports daily.

You will participate in fraud team projects and educate members and employees on fraud topics. This position primarily works from home with options for branch travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12 months experience as Fraud Investigator I or 3 years fraud-related experience.
• Strong communication, written abilities, presentation skills and active listening.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of fraud case types and contribute to prevention initiatives.
• Daily review of predictive reports and act on accounts.
• Collaborate with technical partners to understand system outputs and fraud patterns.
• Educate credit union members and employees on fraud-related topics.
