Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage a broad range of fraud cases and contribute to prevention efforts. You will collaborate with technical partners to interpret system outputs and patterns.

This role emphasizes daily review of predictive reports and clear communication with members and staff. This position may be remote or hybrid, offering flexible work arrangements while maintaining strong fraud oversight and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Associates Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12‑months experience as a Fraud Investigator I at Grow Financial FCU or 3 years in a financial-related field (fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML, collections, lending operations).

Responsabilidades

• The Fraud Investigator II manages a broad range of fraud case types and supports fraud prevention initiatives.
• Collaborates with technical partners to understand system outputs and fraud patterns.
• Conducts daily review of predictive reports and takes appropriate actions on accounts.
• Participates in Fraud Team projects and trains members and employees on fraud topics.
