Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage a broad range of fraud cases and contribute to prevention initiatives. This role sits in a remote work setting, supporting members and team partners while aligning with our be bold, be great motto.

You will analyze system outputs, review predictive reports daily, and collaborate with technical partners. Travel to branches is limited; most work is from home.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12 months experience as Fraud Investigator I at Grow Financial FCU or 3 years work experience in fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML compliance, collections, or lending operations.
• Exercises mature judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to effectively operate standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types and prevention initiatives.
• Daily review of predictive reports and appropriate actions on accounts.
• Participation in Fraud Team projects and training/education of members and employees on fraud topics.
