Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage a broad range of fraud case types and support prevention initiatives. You will analyze predictive reports and collaborate with technical partners to take action on accounts, protecting members and the credit union.

Responsibilities include participating in fraud-related projects and educating members and staff on fraud topics.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12 months experience as a Fraud Investigator I at Grow Financial FCU or 3 years in a related fraud/loss prevention field (e.g., BSA/AML, collections, lending ops).
• Exercises mature judgment and critical thinking.
• Strong communication including written abilities, presentation skills, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types and contribute to fraud prevention initiatives.
• Bridge operational execution with emerging fraud trends and collaborate with technical partners to understand system outputs and fraud patterns.
• Daily review of predictive reports and take appropriate actions on accounts.
• Participate in Fraud Team projects and training/education of members and employees on fraud topics.
