Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage diverse fraud cases and help advance prevention initiatives from a primarily work-from-home environment.

You will collaborate with technical partners to interpret system outputs and fraud patterns, review predictive reports daily, and participate in team projects and member education on fraud topics. Prior fraud experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12+ months experience as Fraud Investigator I or 3 years in fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML compliance, or lending operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types and contribute to prevention initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical partners to interpret system outputs and fraud patterns.
• Daily review of predictive reports and take appropriate actions on accounts.
