Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage a broad range of fraud cases and contribute to prevention initiatives. This role combines operational execution with analysis of emerging fraud trends and collaborates with technical partners to interpret system outputs and patterns.

You will regularly review predictive reports, take appropriate actions on accounts, and participate in fraud projects while helping educate members and employees on

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12-months experience as a Fraud Investigator I or 3 years in a financial fraud-related field.
• Exercises mature judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to operate standard office equipment remotely or in-office.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types and contribute to fraud prevention initiatives.
• Bridge operational execution with emerging fraud trends and collaborate with technical partners to understand system outputs and patterns.
• Daily review of predictive reports and take appropriate actions on accounts.
• Participate in Fraud Team projects and educate credit union members and employees on fraud-related topics.
